"CBTL becomes our default place for lounging when we are in SM Cherry. The food and drink options are quite limited though. There are times when the drinks we want are unavailable. The restroom is clean, just needs maintenance on the fixtures. It's nice to see furbabies also being welcomed in CBTL. It's very rare for cafes to accept dogs or cats within the premises."

"Probably the quietest CBTL branch for me. Space is wide and they allow pets when dining-in. However, service can be slow because at times, there's only 1 staff member who does the cashiering to preparing food. But area is always clean and is near the Shaw Blvd Entrance/Exit of SM Cherry."

"Located on the second floor of SM Cherry Shaw, CBTL is great place to have a snack after grocery shopping. The baristas are very friendly. Desserts are good although they don’t have the guiltless chocolate cake anymore. Their pasta selection is always a treat. Highly recommended."
